I have an example here: my manager works part-time (she is still in a partial maternity) and she has just got promoted to a new higher level. I am so proud to be reporting to her and see her as my example.

Thanks, Anastasia, good to hear that working part-time doesn't prevent you from having a career :)

I have also case in my team with one of the Tech Leads. She works part time leading a team while she raised her children. She is a single mum and inside our area we do as much as possible to build a net that supports her role and allows her to concilliate.

I can personally contribute to this. I myself am a single parent and at times need to work flexibly. TUI as an equal opportunity employer actively supports this.

Great to see, that TUI offers flexibile work models, that's very important. Do you also work remotely?

I do have a fully remote contract, so I do not need to come in. I still pop up to the office now and then because it's just a lovely and cosy place to work from:)
