Hi Ethan, do you want to work for TUI cruises or Marella Cruises ? Marella is aimed at the British market and TUI Cruises is aimed at the German market? And which department are you thinking of working in? If it's the marine side of things you need to contact Columbia Ship Services part of Columbia Ship Management, if its anything to do with the hotelier side then it's a company called Apollo or if it's roles such as Guest Experience Coordinator or Destination Services then its Viking Crew. Ships aren't set up in the same manner as land based jobs and everyone works through a crewing agency.
