I am 5"2, I tried getting onto BA and passed all tests but height by 1mm , but I hear TUI does it by reach test instead

For TUI, the requirement is based on a reach test rather than a minimum height. You would need to be able to reach a height of 6ft 2in (1.89m) while standing flat‑footed.
