Hello,
We do have a special internal recruitment process at TUI where all our employees who apply for a job will get the opportunity to meet the hiring manager for role. In other words, all our employees are always guaranteed a 1st interview where they can network and show their interest in other departments of TUI.
Best regards,
Anna
