We are hybrid working at TUI and many are remote it will all depend on your role. But I try and go into the Luton office once a week to meet up with some of teams have a Costa Coffee YES we have Costa on site and a canteen real social side I use my day in the office

Yes you can be hybrid if the role you take has colleagues in Palma of course you can meet up. We would not pay for you to travel if its your choice. But TUI will pay for travel for team events and meetings.Chris we have a Canteen that you can get breakfast and dinner and really good prices it actually half price for the food to encourage people to go in :) we have free fruit.
