In the UK we have an LGBT+ network who regularly champion concerns and work on great projects like being at Brighton Pride in summer 22. The committee for this network includes a Retail Ambassador, Airline & Aviation Ambassador, Communications Lead, Employee Support Lead, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality Lead, and Social & Engagement Lead. So these people are here to directly support members if they need. One of the TUI values is Unique, which means bringing your true and authentic self to work. Having a vocal and prominent network with support system, and being true and authentic to yourself as one of our core values I think definitely helps me feel that TUI is an inclusive place to work
