From Cairo to Hannover, two degrees and long operational experience

It began from Cairo university and Stadthagen College in Hannover with the Bachelor of Hotel Management. I worked then in Germany, England, Spain and Dubai in different positions within Front Office and Rooms Division Management. Then I came back to Frankfurt in Germany as a Deputy General Manager and later as a Hotel General Manager. But in the meantime my way brought me again to Hannover "where I started everything in Germany" to be responsible for Room Division Departments "Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations" of TUI Blue Hotels, as a Corporate Rooms Division Manager!

Corporate Rooms Division Manager of TUI Blue Hotels Group

In this position I am responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping and part of Reservations of all Own-Maneged TUI Blue Hotels. I assist the Head of Departments to set their workflows, setting standard of our brand in the three departments, contributing in all IT projects for Rooms Division Departments, planing strategies and targets for the three departments and conrolling how everything will be implemented.

Different destinations, different cultures, one brand, TUI BLUE Hotels

In this position I have only one target, to make our guests happy and to make our teams happy as well :-) But as we have different destinations, and in every destination we have different work culture, different mentality and even different weather :-) then we have to adapt our selves to set our standard and brand culture in all destinations in the same time to reach our targets. We can be different, but we still part of a great brand which called TUI BLUE Hotels.......so what exactly motivates me is the diversity between our hotels and the unity of our targets.

You need only to have the confidence that you will reach what you want. Invest everyday to learn somthing new.

I had always stable teams without employee turnover

In all my managerial positions as a Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Deputy General Manager or Hotel Manager I was lucky to have stable teams around me. One of the reason is being moderate in my decisions, paying more attention to the word MOTIVATION and being fair to every one. There is no problem to make mistakes, but it is mandatory to learn from our mistakes. In my opinion one of my biggest achievement was always having great and stable team on my side!
