Hello Wilfred. Apologies for the delay but Monday was a very busy day.
An Airport Rep, needs to be very flexible and take decisions under pressure as the environment is quite fast paced. No matter the hours that you are required to work, based on your contract, you need to be flexible as per the business needs. Depending the flight program in both arrivals and departures, the operation of the airport, you will then be presented with a corresponding schedule. Our priority is not only our guests but also our own people. We need to be able to provide the best service possible to our guests and this means we need to be in top shape when we're working. Usually we work in 8 hour shifts per day (full shift or split shift) so depending your contract and Alicante's airport operations your rota will be designed relatively.
Hope this answers your question. Let me know if I haven't covered something.
Thanks. Ilias.
