Yes there are many powerhours that can be attended which can help you progress in the company. We also have many benefits as colleagues and get recognised in the company for performing extremely well.

So they are calls with specialists from brands that we sell as a company who can provide you with lots of information which can help you develop your knowledge which would then lead to a lot of progression.

Hi Molly, just jumping in to provide some info from an ex-apprentice point of view. I joined the scheme back in 2016 (Commercial Apprenticeship Scheme) and spent 1 year in the Trading team followed by 1 year in the Product team. During this time I got to work with lots of different colleagues across the commercial department, building connections and learning about multiple areas of the business. Once i completed the scheme I settled into a full time role in Product as a Product assistant and after a couple of years I was promoted to Executive. Another few years later and I got my manager promotion. There are lots of different career paths you can go down at TUI and employees development is always encouraged and supported, whether that is progression within the team you are in or progression through moving around the business.

There are lots of progression opportunities within TUI - I, personally, have spent times in various departments during my time here which has allowed me to build connections and learn about other parts of the business. During my role, I have lots of opportunities to get involved in wider projects and use this knowledge!

Hi, as my colleagues have said, the progression is great here at TUI. Because we are so broad, we have so many teams with opportunities for you once you've completed the apprenticeship. We really value our apprentices and internal colleagues so love to celebrate their successes. Yesterday, we actually shared a story about one of our Finance Apprentices who has recently secured a new role as a Manager in our Commercial Ancillaries team. You can read more here -
