Hi Mason,
Thank you so much for your question and for your interest in the Travel Advisor role with TUI – we’re really pleased you’re considering joining us!
Our retail interviews are held in person, and the hiring manager will be in touch with all the details you’ll need, including the date, time, and location.
While we don’t provide specific interview questions in advance, we recommend doing a bit of research on TUI and the role you’ve applied for. It’s also helpful to practise answering common interview questions using the STAR method, which is a great way to structure your responses clearly and confidently.
Our interviews are designed to be a two-way process – we want to ensure it’s a positive experience for you, and that you have the opportunity to get a real feel for the role and our team. All candidates are asked the same set of questions, which focus on the key behaviours and skills relevant to the role. You’ll also take part in a short role play and a numeracy exercise as part of the process.
Best of luck – we’re looking forward to getting to know you better!

Hello Mason!
Glad to hear you're interested in a position with TUI!
As Leanne has mentioned there's no specific questions we provide before the interview. If you've applied for a position, you'll usually have a telephone interview just to go over some basic role details. Following that, if successful, you'll be invited in for an in person interview. You'll have a section of role play and have a short maths test at the end of the interview. During the interview you'll be asked a series of questions and will have time to ask any questions you may have. Being a travel advisor myself, I'd recommend looking at the company and all things TUI to have some knowledge in the interview to really SHINE!
Good luck with any upcoming interviews and possible job roles! 😀
