This is a great question and very topical! Diversity and Inclusion is at the heart of TUI's ethos and we actively seek ways in which we can be more diverse and inclusive. Education of what Diversity and inclusion is and what it means to people and it organisation is always a good starting point. However, its behaviours that are the key. TUI supports several initiatives to embed Diversity and Inclusivity into our workplace such as: sponsoring women to get qualifications to join our tech community, building networks to share and celebrate successes, focus on breaking barriers which may exist etc. Essentially its not a one size fits all matter, there are many ways in which Diversity and Inclusion can be achieved.

Thank you Scott, we have various initiatives regarding DEI. Today for International Women´s Day we hold a broadcast across the group, where women shared their stories and took everyone on a journey to different locations and offices across TUI. Focus is to have conversations with inspiring female colleagues across all our different sectors and providing a depper look where we stand at TUI at this point.
