Hi, I think at TUI everyone is so familiar with our values that they really embody them. Everyone is trusted to do their job and our hybrid working policy reflects that. Everyone is unique at TUI and that's because we encourage colleagues to come as they are and bring their personality to work. I feel inspired every day by my colleagues and can always learn something new from them.
