I have never experienced a colleague saying "no", when I reached out for help, because I didn't understand or know something or had difficulties managing my work. We are all one big team, and everyone keeps looking out for each other, which is something I really missed at my last workplace. Also I feel comfortable really showing myself the way I am. I do not have to act up a persona, to fit the company, but can really be myself, as well as the colleagues can be themselves. Don't put up an act and present yourselves the way you are.
