From living the mountains to giving people the opportunity

After studying Business Management at Glasgow Caledonian University, I applied for a Crystal Ski Rep position in Summer 2022. I was successful in obtaining the position and was enrolled as a Dual Rep in Serre Chevalier, France for Winter 22/23. I returned for the Winter 23/24 season as a Team Rep in Avoriaz, France. After returning from this season, I applied for the Volume Assessment Coordinator position within the TUI recruitment team and was successful in obtaining the role!

The winter seasons are my passion. I love being able to work, live and enjoy the mountains. Being a Crystal Ski Rep is a dream position that I am proud to uphold every year. Therefore, giving people the opportunity to experience this unreal life in the mountains is something that really resonates with me!

Do not live your life trying to please others through a fake persona, embrace who you are. Find what motivates you and follow your passion in life, it will lead to self-contentment and internal happiness.

Being awarded with an "Exceptional Service in Resort" 2 years in a row

Going into a Dual Rep position was challenging for it being my first seasonal work experience, especially not having a TL in resort. To go on to exceeding all service targets (earning the award) was a great achievement for me as it showed that not only do I love the work, but I am actually good at it. I enjoy helping people to enhance their holiday experience, therefore it is rewarding to see that the guests appreciate my work. Earning this 2 years in a row has really boosted my confidence in returning for the winter season.
