Technical Support Apprentice to IT Service Operations Manager
I've been working at TUI ever since I left school, it's all I've ever known!! I've held positions in various teams over the years from Technical Support Apprentice when I first started, moving into a technical support analyst role (Which was when COVID-19 impacted us), eventually moving into a more technical Site Reliability Engineer role, and then into the role I have now. Working at a company that provides opportunities has allowed me to grow and become the person I am today. I love what I do, helping people every day. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't a great company to work for.
IT Service Operations Manager in the Web/Mobile/Payments Space
As an IT Service Operations Manager, my role involves working with different teams across my department, supporting them in their everyday operational challenges. But also looking at what I can do to grow them into a more operational mature service. This allows me to have great relationships with people and help them to make a difference.

Mobile App Team Operational Journey
My greatest achievement to date at TUI is supporting the Mobile App Teams in their operational maturity. This has been a great experience for me as it allowed me to work with teams who historically didn't have this support, building them up to now be one of the more maturer services in within our department. But from a personal view, this has allowed me to mature in my role, building up my knowledge and creating great relationships.
