-Studied small business management.
-Became CCM at TUI in 2017
-SCCM
I used to work in the retail. After I got hired at one of the duty free shops at Schiphol Airport in summer of 2016 I got in contact with a lot of (ex) flight attendants and got so exited to work in the airline industry that in the winter of 2016 I applied as CCM at TUI NL, and got hired for the summer season of 2017 to start my career as CCM for TUI at a lease-inn airline Sunwing (737-800). After the summer season I started flying for TUI mainline (737-800/737-8, 767-300ER, 787-8). In the winter of 2018 my contract ended with TUI and I could come back after my re-entery for the summer of 2019 with a 3 year contract. In the summer of 2021 I started to fly with a lease-inn airline Smartlynx (A320/A321) for the summer season. In 2023 I became SCCM (Purser) on the 737 fleet and ASCCM (Assistant Purser) on the 767 and 787 fleet.
SCCM 737 (Purser 737) and ASCCM (Assistant Purser) 767 and 787
I’m Purser on all 737 aeroplanes to make sure that the flight safety and service on board is guaranteed. To walk the extra mile for the passengers and give them together with my crew the real TUI experience. Because at TUI we are making memories to never forget.
To see all passengers leaving the aeroplane with a big smile.
To get a OTP (On Time Performance) and an excellent personal service to all passengers we are creating a good NPS (Net Promotor Score). Passengers love it when we are running an extra mile (a listening ear, problem solving, writing a post card, or having a chitchat) that is running in our TUI DNA. And it just gives you a really good and positive energy when passengers complement you and your crew for the excellent service and flight.
If you want to reach something, then make sure you will reach it.
Even if your goal is still far away, step by step you will make it to the top.
Make sure to invest time and discipline to reach your personal goals. Take a look back to where you came from, and never forget to take a good look at your mistakes what would you do differently next time? Every mistake is to learn from so in that way you will be a step closer to your goal. Oh and never forget the things you did well too!
When I became SCCM 737
Since my first year of flying I wanted to become a SCCM at TUI. even due some set backs (grounding 737-8 and Covid-19) I became SCCM 737 and I’m truly so proud of myself.
