What do you live about your job and the company?

The best thing about being involved in projects is that you get to participate and shape this new business initiative since day one until completion. It provides a great sense of achievement to know you have helped shaping the future of the business Being part of a project team can also help you develop new skills, learn from others, and expand your network.

Greatest achievements

I delivered complex projects for a number of programmes over achieving at each of the KPIs set for the projects. The thing I am proud the most, is that I did it whilst maintaining the engagement with staff & Unions.

I think that you should always be authentic. But that shouldn't be a problem if you identify with the TUI values and feel comfortable :-)

As Quality Assurance, we always work with that concept in mind: design, test, feedback. Don't stop any of these 3 things... ever. You can try everything; you can test and arrive to a result. If you manage to understand the potential to improve based on the result, you are in the right position to improve the quality. This will mean you have in mind the entire flow and things to improve. Don't stop yourself!

I would like to think the key thing to remember is that we are individuals, and as individuals, we share a common passion for travel. My best advice to any potential candidate is BE YOURSELF! I have always brought my personality to work and always made friends all over the world in each destination I've worked in, to date. One other piece of advice I'd give, is use your nerves to your advantage; the reason we get nervous is because we are doing something far outside of our comfort zones. Starting a career with us means you'll eventually overcome those nerves the minute you step foot on the plane when you're travelling to your new destination. Keep an open mind, learn new languages, cultures, experience different things and you'll see just how big the world really is!
