I studied tourism in Vienna, Austria, then I started to work for TUI.

I started with TUI, first in the head office. I worked in different departments like the product and yield. One day the assistant from the Resident Manager from Mallorca came and she asked me if I would be interested to work abroad. My first destination was Fuerteventura as a hotel rep. I worked some years like a rep and then in 2012 my placement was TUI Sensimar Guest Relations in Turkey. So I started in my new role and loved the job role so much so I work for the Concept until now.

I work for Candidate Experience Executive

I work with in Talent Acquisition as a Candidate Experience Executive during the winter season. We are working very close with the recruitment team but also with the partners and the placement team. We help to find the right candidates for each job role and also we assist the candidates during their application process.

The best part of the job is to support our candidates on their application process and support them with their questions. Its also great to work as a part of an international team and work with different departments and colleagues.

I think it's the most important to give everyday your best. And never be afraid to ask questions. Nobody knows everything but everyday is a new day to learn new things and make new experiences.

My team won the gold pin for exceptional service

My BLUE Guide team won the gold pin award for exceptional service. That means they achieved high scores for over 3 months. They were a great team and together we went the extra mile so it was a big success. It's also a big goal for me to give the best in every different role I work for and also get a good knowhow with different tasks.
