Hi,
As you can imagine, in every job, not everything works as expected. Just learn from your mistakes and try to not replicate them in future projects. TUI allows mistakes, but you need to take actions out of it to avoid further mistakes. For me personally, just small parts of projects may fail or have a time delay. All of us are working together to achieve our goals.
