Experience & Activity Host
In terms of staffing structures relating to my job role, all TUI Blue concept hotels will have a general organisational tree of Entertainment Delivery Team Manager covering a larger area and then on location, you will have the Blue Guide Manager overseeing both the concept and the team consisting of Experience & Activity Host and Fitness Instructor. Depending on the size of the hotel the numbers of team members may change. My direct responsibilities are to look after the day and evening, low key activity program. But the word “experience” in the job title, is very important, because ultimately we are here to work as a team to make sure the guest has the best experience possible during their stay at the TUI Blue hotel. This could mean and often does, that your involvement in other areas of the operation is required. You may help out with arrivals/departures, you may be the first on the scene of an unscheduled incident. But do not worry, the TUI training journey and experienced management are there to provide initial and ongoing support.
