Why did you choose this company?

I chose TUI and more specifically, Marella Cruises for a few reasons. One being, I love travelling and in my role I get to visit incredible places. There's also a real sense of family, acceptance and diversity within TUI and Marella both shoreside and onboard. Each day I understand the impact I have on the business and our customers. TUI and Marella Cruises do what they say, and they champion our customers at every step of their journey with us. Ethically and morally I am proud to work for a company who 'does the right thing'.
