AI is definitely in our roadmaps as part of our technology development strategy and we are currently exploring it's usage in areas such as AI automatic user stories generation, within the technical test for specific roles within the hiring process and within the development areas to solve complex and repetitive processes.

Hi Alexandra, thanks for your question. TUI is adopting a lot of AI initiatives through out our different company streams. We do use AI internally to better support our processes, in automations that saves us a lot of time, for example :)

Hi Alexandra,
Great question! We really have a lot of this going on at the moment! It's key to understand the advantages of all tools available and how we can best utilize this. We have internal teams evaluating tools and bringing a selection to the teams to test before we decide on something.
In software development we are currently testing out amazon q and codewhisperer after also evaluating other tools like git co pilot. We have a big community to discuss benefits and challenges with the tools and bring in people from the providers to get the best answers.
Of course we utilize tools like co pilot bing for our everyday work. We also build our own nlm for internal tools and tech to get TUI-specific answers. These can also be a benefit to colleagues from customer service as it should be easier to find answers for customers.
I hope this helps with your question but please feel free to ask more detailed questions

In my specific role, we have a full flexibility to experiment with AI to see which tool we might wish to adopt or develop for supporting production workloads. Once we have a usecase, we explore how to industrialise the solution. We have various GPTs, APIs, visual UI solutions, and models we develop in-house.

Thanks all so much for your insightful answers - great to know that you even have in house specialists that help evaluate tools before discussing those with teams.
