Good Morning Isabell! Thank you for your question. Due to staffing needs and store procedures, I don't think this will ever be a possibility. But we do have home working teams and stores, so you do have a choice when looking at open positions as to whether you'd want to do home working or work in a retail store. When you work for TUI, you can look into internal position openings as well so you can then move departments. So say, you join a retail store but it's not quite what you'd hope, you can look at applying to a homeworking team. Hope this helps :)
