The most challenging aspect of my role as a Team Leader is time management. How can I be everywhere all at once? You physically can't. Sometimes it's okay to say no to ensure you're not taking on too much and it's okay to ask for help from your line manager or your colleagues. Talking, sharing and disscussing best practice is a great way to effectively time manage and learn from others mistakes and from your own. Someone might have a more effective way of working. As a manager, your team look to you for direction and help. As a person, I will always try and help and go to length to assist my team and others. Sometimes forgetting it's at the cost of me focussing on my own schedules and deadlines. It's important not to let yourself get overwhelmed, prioritise and focus on what's important vs urgent.
