Whatis the most exciting thing you found with the commercial apprenticeship

Hi, something I always found exciting about the commercial apprenticeship scheme was/is the fact you get to move around between different teams. This is not something that you would be able to do in every role so for me was huge win. Commercial is quite a big function, so being able to spend time learning about even a handful of the areas within it is so valuable. Not only do you learn about each team and what they do, you are also able to build connections and truly understand how all different teams actually work together in some way.

Hi Lily - I agree with Katie. I really enjoyed learning about different departments and building connections. You also have good exposure across the business as an apprentice so can learn from the leaders in the industry
