What are the challenges with how we present our gender identity and the frequency of such on social media?

TUI is super open-minded and welcomes everyone onboard! We aim to be recognized as an organization with a high ranking in a Diversity Index very soon, and we have our internal DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) ambitions!!

Our social media reflects this, as our Communication team always considers DEI values when posting. "Come as you are" is an initiative from TUI that states everyone should be themselves at work to go further.
