Hi there - good question! For me, I started at TUI with no work experience and a fresh mathematics degree under my belt, which meant there was some foundational knowledge but the vast majority was built on the job. So analytical skills such as with Excel, data processing, programming, presentational and others were all built and fostered inside TUI with some of the internal training courses and opportunities provided. TUI really values learning and development, and whilst it does vary by role provided there is a foundational level of knowledge to do the role there's opportunities to grow and develop.
